We had an earlier panel discussion about Colorado House Bill 21-1160 which we felt was dangerous. We also blogged about the bill. The bill is now through both chambers and onto the Governor's desk, having been effectively gutted through amendments. In this panel discussion, we talk about the current status of the bill and why it matters to other states.

Participating are Davyd Smith of No Kill Colorado, Shirley Marsh of Yes Biscuit, Alan Rosenberg of the New Jersey Animal Observer and Aubrie Kavanaugh of Paws4Change and No Kill Huntsville. The video last about 14 minutes.

There are currently hundreds of communities across the USA whose shelters have stopped killing healthy or treatable pets. The shelters in your community can do that, too. If your community is not already No Kill, your shelters need to hear from you and your friends.... please get involved to save lives.
