Rejection of Adopters and Barriers to Adoption
We hear all the time about adopters being rejected and about barriers to adoption. What causes this inherent mistrust of the public? Aren't shelters putting more animals at risk and causing them more stress when adoption is made so difficult? This panel discussion runs about 15 minutes.
